1. Return and Exchange Policy
We strive for excellence, but we understand that requirements can change.
- Timeline: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags/seals intact.
- Wholesale Orders: Due to the nature of bulk trading, returns are generally only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- Exclusions: Custom-designed fashion pieces and cut-to-size moquettes are non-returnable.
2. Warranty Policy
- Carpets & Textiles: We offer a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching failures or significant discoloration).
- Leather Goods: Our leather products carry a 1-year warranty on hardware and structural integrity.
- Limitations: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper cleaning/maintenance.
3. Delivery Policy
- Local (UAE): Standard delivery within 2–3 business days for in-stock items.
- International: We ship globally via sea and air freight. Lead times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
- Tracking: Customers will receive a Bill of Lading or tracking number once the shipment is dispatched from our Business Bay facility.
- Duties: For international exports, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
4. Website Policy
- Privacy: We respect your data. Personal information collected (emails, contact numbers) is used solely for order processing and business communication.
- Security: Our platform employs industry-standard encryption to protect your transaction data.
- Cookies: Our site uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic patterns to better serve our wholesale clients.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
